We are now looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for establishing our local Industrial Gas market with our related Safety products. Customer acquisition (new and existing), incl. end-customers, distributors, Installation / Engineering companies, & OEM will be vital in this position. This also includes providing advice of related rules & regulations, application solutions, basic technical advice, creating leads, making quotations, follow up of pipeline, service agreements and following up of KPI targets. In addition, the Sales Engineer will assist with the Industrial Gas Value Creation Plan (VCP) to accelerate this plan as much as possible.
You have great insights in Sales and come with a technical electronic education with commercial experience or commercial education with technical electronic experience. You can build world class relationships and do so with a customer-oriented attitude. In this role, it is preferred if you have Instrumentation & Process Control Electronics experience. Experience in negotiating and interpreting contracts is required and the demonstrated capability of working / negotiating with all levels of decision makers within customers. Excellent communication skills are necessary in this position and the ability to speak fluent English and German. Travel is required.
