The role
We are now looking for an experienced Human Resource Team Lead to lead our HR Team in Gothenburg. In this position you will work with all HR-related matters including planning, developing and managing activities within the HR team here in Sweden, where you will lead a team of three individuals. You will set the HR-agenda for our Swedish entities, where we currently have a lot of exciting topics to be dealt with. What about some organizational development, system implementations, streamlining of processes and many other proactive initiatives? In this position you will drive and support annual HR activities and coach the business in a variety of areas. Effective reporting and system structure is key and we therefore want you to bring new ideas on how we can increase efficiency and work smarter. With your energy, deep HR-competence and a pragmatic approach, we can promise that you will make an impact!
Who are you?
We are looking for you who is an experienced Human Resource professional with an international background looking to take on your next challenge. We want you to be curious, engaged and open to bring new ideas to the table. You are driven and not afraid to step into change and enjoy driving projects forward. In this position you will represent the location when it comes to labor relations and work closely with the union partners. You will work with the anchoring of Sweden HR initiatives, concepts, processes, and policies, so bringing a strategical approach in combination with an operational focus is important. You will participate in various HR projects and support on adapting organizational design to improve efficiency. As we are a big international organization there are also plenty of opportunities to take on global HR-initiatives for the group, depending on your wishes and previous experience. We have a strong focus on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion so previous experience working with EDI is highly valued. Solid knowledge within English is required and Swedish is a plus.
