Fifth edition of Consilium Safety Group’s global leadership program

Last week, we had the pleasure of running the fifth edition of Consilium Safety Group’s global leadership program.

Developed and delivered together with Lorensbergs and Christina Hogan, the program runs over nine months and combines a variety of learning activities with two in-person sessions at Nääs Fabriker in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is tailored to Consilium’s values, strategy, and leadership ambitions, with a strong focus on unlocking full potential and driving performance.

This time, 16 leaders from across the world came together, bringing different perspectives, experiences, and cultures. Since the start, around 80 of our leaders have completed the program.

For us, this program is more than development; it’s an investment in our future. It creates real value for our people, strengthens collaboration, and supports how we deliver on our purpose.

What stands out in every cohort is the openness, engagement, and commitment to growth, both as individuals and as leaders. We are proud of what we are building together. This is how we become a great place to grow.
