If you are experiencing or suspect an active cybersecurity incident involving a Consilium Safety product, system or digital service, please contact our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).
24/7 Security Incident Reporting
Cybersecurity incidents can be reported at any time: PSIRT@consiliumsafety.com
When reporting an incident, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your company and contact information
- Affected Consilium product, system or service
- Product model and software/firmware version, where applicable
- Description of the incident
- Date and time the incident was first identified
- Systems or services affected
- Observed cybersecurity impact
- Indicators of compromise, logs or other relevant technical information
- Whether the incident is ongoing
- Any immediate actions already taken
Please avoid sending passwords, credentials or unnecessary personal or confidential information in the initial email. Secure communication can be arranged where required.
What Happens After You Report an Incident
Our PSIRT will assess the information provided, coordinate with the appropriate Consilium teams and support the investigation and response process as appropriate.
