Consilium Safety Group is investing in growth with a new organization

Consilium Safety Group’s ambition is to grow strongly in the land-based segment in the Nordic countries in the next few years, both organically and through acquisitions. To support this goal, Consilium South, West and East has been merged into a single operational and legal unit in Sweden, Consilium Safety Sweden, which creates a bigger and stronger organization.

“We are sharpening our organization with a new structure to support our growth and to reach new levels. With this change, Consilium Safety Group will become a larger, stronger and joint entity. The decision to merge the various operations in Sweden is part of our goal to build One Consilium“, says Nicklas Bergström, CEO of Consilium Safety Group.

Consilium is recognized in Sweden, Denmark and Norway for its reliable fire alarm systems adapted for demanding environments in buildings and in the marine sector. With the new organization in place, where shared administrative functions are gathered in one place, the company will be able to work more efficiently and spend more time with its customers.

“We want to be the most committed and customer-oriented supplier and it is important to have a joint approach towards the customer,” says Nicklas Bergström.

The Nordic market for fire and gas detection is both mature and exposed to competition and has undergone consolidation in recent years. The Nordic market is estimated to be worth SEK 5.5 billion, of which Sweden accounts for approximately SEK 2.1 billion.

“Consilium Safety Group has a clear ambition to significantly grow its business in the land-based segment in the Nordic countries, both organically and through acquisitions. We will also expand our product offering “, says Nicklas Bergström.

The new organization is expected to be fully implemented during the current year.
