Consilium Safety Group further expands its presence in Türkiye by acquiring Integmar Marine Technologies Inc. 

Gothenburg, Sweden, 26 June 2026 – Consilium Safety Group, a global leader in fire, flame, and gas safety solutions, announces the acquisition of its long-standing Turkish partner Integmar Marine Technologies Inc., further strengthening its aftermarket services in a key market. 

With this acquisition, Consilium is reinforcing its technical expertise and service capabilities, ensuring world-class support and maximum uptime for customers globally. 

Consilium is also expanding its local service presence in Türkiye, bringing technical expertise and lifecycle support closer to shipowners and operators in the region. Integmar Marine, headquartered in the Tuzla Bay area of Istanbul, Türkiye, is a dedicated maritime service provider. The company specialises in installing, maintaining and supporting Consilium Safety Group’s systems, including fire, gas, and flame detection technologies, emission monitoring, navigation equipment, and safety management solutions, enabling customers to operate safely and reliably.
