Consilium Safety Group AB is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence professional with a team-player mindset, an ambition to drive change, and an eager to help build a successful BI function within a micro multinational company.

As Business Intelligence lead at Consilium you will be part of a tight-knit team of BI specialists supporting our global organisation with insights and enlightenment.
With your previous experience and seniority, you will both challenge our existing BI process as well as contributing with valuable knowledge, helping the organization on a transformational journey towards a more data driven culture.
In your daily work you will, depending on your previous experience and expertise, take an active role in one or more fields within the full lifecycle of BI development e.g. stakeholder analysis/engagement activities, report development, data modelling, leverage of existing BI infrastructure etc.
The role will be broad, thus we are searching for a BI “evangelist” that feels equally comfortable talking BI-strategy with a management team as pondering BI architecture with the IT department.
With a current global rollout of a new ERP (D365 finance and operations), a legacy BI architecture (Qlik Sense/QlikView) together with a new (Power-BI, TimeXtender, Azure data tools), we can promise you a lot of challenges, but we can also ensure you will play a pivotal role on an exciting transformational BI journey.
Who are you?
We would like you to have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Business Intelligence field with a bachelor’s degree in either Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Ideally you have proven expertise from both back and front-end BI development, and you feel confident sounded by Azure data tools and data visualization applications like Power-BI. Knowledge of our current ERP infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or M3 would also be desirable.
You have excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities together with a burning curiosity and interest in data analysis and data visualization.
